Haley Ingram, the Founder and CEO of Coffee & Contracts, began her journey in real estate following a marketing internship during her college years. She obtained her real estate license and embarked on a career as an agent in St. Pete, Florida. Departing from traditional lead generation methods like cold calling and door knocking, she embraced Instagram as a means to attract leads. Her passion for marketing blossomed as she took on the role of managing social media accounts for fellow agents and selling templates on Etsy.

In 2019, Haley Ingram launched Coffee & Contracts, and it quickly became her primary occupation. The platform's mission is to empower real estate agents to confidently establish their online presence, and it has successfully assisted over 16,000 agents and continues to grow.

Today, she leads Coffee & Contracts while also creating content to support others in building businesses they are passionate about.
